The Deputy Managing Director in Salmon is a key role responsible for identifying and securing properties for development projects. He leads the process of acquiring land by conducting market research, negotiating with landowners, handling legal aspects of transactions, and ensuring that acquired properties align with the company's strategic objectives. He has a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to assess the potential of different properties for development projects. He works closely with the Managing Director to develop and implement the working process of the organization.

Director engineering plays a crucial role in overseeing the engineering aspects of Salmon Developers Ltd. He looks after managing the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure within his jurisdiction. He coordinates with architects, subordinate engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and meet quality standards. He evaluates potential projects, conducts feasibility studies, and implements strategies to optimize the performance and sustainability of Salmon’s projects. He is the Rtd. Chief Engineer of Dhaka North City Corporation. He has vast experience in high-rise construction and maintenance.
